It seems that Pakistani brands have accepted the popularity of Turkish actress Esra Bilgic in the country for her character Halime Sultan in Ertugru Dirilis Ertugrul. Javed Afridi, the owner of the PSL franchise Peshawar Zalmi, moved the fans with a single tweet.
Javed Afridi first tweeted making fans curious when he asked if Ertugrul, the lead character of the Turkish series with huge popularity in Pakistan, would join Peshawar Zalmi as a brand ambassador?
The fans answered for two days under the tweet with leaving the media and publishers out of question which hardly showed an interest. Afridi took two days before adding another twist to his question. “What if we offer to #HalimeSultan as well?” he quoted his previous tweet.
This time it actually hit the fans harder showing their interest in the female lead Halime Sultan of the series. In fact, the media and publishers also happened to show interest.
The idea enthralled the fans throughout social media. They would love watching the male and female leads of Dirilis Ertugrul shouting for Peshawar Zalmi in the next season of Pakistan Super League.
However the female lead stumped the idea with reality and tweet that she will be sharing a good news about it.
If you didn’t know, Esra had earlier revealed about working with Pakistani brands without naming them. In an interview to a publication, she told that she will be working with “three of Pakistan’s most loved brands.” So the fans must hold tight to see if those brands are your favorite already or you would make a switch for your lovely Halime Sultan.
