Ehd e Wafa Drama

Saifee Hasan’s Ehd-e-Wafa, that revolves around four friends has been hit among Pakistani TV audiences. Thanks to its uniqueness and true to life story that you would feel just as yours in your college days.

Apart from the storyline, there several other reasons one may like the serial. The fun part doesn’t lack its existence and covers for the seriousness just in time. Dialogues, on the other hand, are well thought and humor fits in wherever needed.

With a slightly slow start in the first two episodes, the drama picked up the right pace in its later episodes. By the end of episode 7, it has fully acquired the audience leaving them with thoughts – and enough suspense as well, that any good serial requires to build curiosity among the audience.

While fans have been waiting for episode 8, the recent news suggests that the wait may be longer for upcoming episodes as an unwanted situation has occurred for the team.

With no definite number episodes, the serial would be going for, a news source has shared that script is only ready for 17 episodes right now. But the most crucial thing is that only 15 episodes were recorded before things started getting into trouble.

The script is not complete for the episodes after 17th, however, the shooting schedule that needs to be planned for five episodes in a row, aren’t possible due to the script delay.

Apart from the technical reason above, the two of the lead actors in the drama, unfortunately, have gotten ill. Namely, Ahad Raza Mir and Wahaj Ali have been hit with Dengue, while the most probable reason is told to be the wide-spread locations of the drama from Punjab to Northern areas of Pakistan. If you weren’t aware, Ehd-e-Wafa is one of the dramas which were or are set to shoot in multiple cities of the country including Murree, Abbottabad, Gujrat, Rawalpindi, Chakwal, Lahore, Islamabad.

Both the actors were diagnosed with Dengue a few weeks ago and are now reportedly in the recovery phase.

We wish the best for the actors and their drama to be completed in time and the audience won’t need to wait.
